Overview[ | ]

  • Before waves 3 & 7 there are time limits, 1 minute each
  • The game starts with 400 resources & 16 bases and after each wave the reward is 280 resources & 4 bases
  • There are some explosive barrels, that can damage & stun enemies
  • There is a point, where fire damage through an exhaust vent will be inflicted to passing players & enemies. The damage varies by distance - 800 to 2800 damage per second to lumes & 20-52 DPS to players.
  • The map has 11 scattered mines - 2 level 1 AR mines are on top of the picnic chairs near the enemy spawn, and the rest is 9 orange mines. 2 of them are at the bottom of the metal staircase near the center of the map, other 2 in the core area; one on top of of a metal frame; another near a toolbox; the final 5 are on top of the tower in the center of the map; the last 5 ones can be reached with single jumps using Sweet, or double jumps with anyone else, or with the help of explosive weapons (rocket jumps). Orange mines are technically level 2 AR-mines (each mine deals 9500 damage in the center of explosion). Links in Youtube & Steam: [1], [2])

The map has some interesting Easter eggs (link in Youtube: [1])

Notes & tactics[ | ]

  • Skye & Sweet are good choices in this map
  • The Drone Launcher & the Voltaic Hand Cannon can do good job. The Drones' continuous damage synergizes well with Skye 's damage boost.
  • Gatling Laser - rapid-firing Primary Fire is good against Soakers & Bobble Heads, while Secondary Fire is potent against Runner, Brood Mother, and crowds as a whole
  • If doing the map with 5 Feats of strength, it is recommended to be at least lvl 40, since then the player can change main weapon for something more comfortable
  • Lightnings can help, e.g. near the West spawn point, if having built a maze, so that the West enemies have to pass by it twice, and the East enemies have to walk by it once.
  • Violators can make use of the good range.
  • Anti-Air can help the player to deal with the Spitflies very well, without losing concentration vs the other enemies. A single one can be built before wave 5 just as a level one tower, that can be later upgraded to level 3, and able to kill all flying enemies shortly after their appearance, even without the range spire 's assistance, if the tower is placed in a central position with approximately equal distance from the spawn points.
  • Focus - good against the Armoured Heavy, the Walker Warriors and when it meets the backs of the Hoverers
  • Range Spire can give a big help to many towers, mainly remarkable with the Focus & ACP
  • Weapon perks can do great job, e.g. Tactical Juxtaposition, Hollowpoint rounds, Fast hands
  • Reinforcements can help with holding the aggressive lumes in position
  • Core perks can help if the player has too much trouble keeping the core alive, e.g. Unstable Core (2000 damage against any enemy that hits the core, except Bobble Heads, Hoverers and the boss; effective mainly vs the smaller enemies), Shocking Revelation (Stuns enemies in a large area when the core is hit. Cooldown 10 seconds) & Resilient Core (Heals the core for 10% of its health = 400 after each wave)
  • The point with the fire (exhaust vent) damage can be utilized with forcing all enemies or a part of them to go through it to take damage by placing a base nearby
