Overview[ | ]

  • Before waves 3, 6 & 9 there are time limits, 1 minute each.
  • While the first wave (boss fight) can be started with the wave button, it will also auto-start if player(s) get across a certain point (threshold). In the first building phase the player can still build and remove towers, although from afar, including the Focus, that is likely to be destroyed by the boss if not removed prematurely. This tower with its base can be repaired and utilized, or recycled afterwards, as normally.
  • There are 8 fighting Explorer conscripts, that will help against the lumes. The second boss (the Super heavy) will target them if they are in range, instantly killing them and destroying any towers & bases that are between him and them.
  • The map has 7 level 1 AR-mines (links to Youtube & Steam: [1], [2])

Trivia[ | ]

  • The map has the secret code DF56SFD4, close to a tent. It is related to the Elysian Archives, more specifically this one, that originally had a video of Tsygan's message playing at the bottom.
    • The original site with the archives has been shut down.
  • The map has some easter eggs (link in Youtube: [1])

Notes & tactics[ | ]

  • Remember to Repair the Focus Tower, that is destroyed in Wave 1. You can also remove it before the appearance of the boss with aiming at it, but it can find some use if you kite the boss around it (via hitting him & keeping close the distance). With some good kiting it is even possible that the boss will not destroy it, but may even take a lot of damage from it with you kiting around.
  • The conventional and more effective builds tend to start from the fields, closer to the Core.
  • It is good to make rows that have a length of 2 to 4 squares.
  • Violators can be built near the center of the map to reach across the entire area.
  • Focus can do very good job vs many high-health enemies in this map. It is good to make some turns around it in order to keep enemies in its range to maximize its damage dealt
  • Anti-Air can do good job vs the Spitfly
  • AoE towers (e.g. ACP, Rockets) & quick-fire ones (e.g. Gatling) are good vs the crowds. Weapons with AoE damage are also good (e.g. REX & Gatling Laser).
  • The fighting Explorer conscripts can act as a real threat if the second boss comes around and there are towers and bases nearby, which is usually worse if the builds are oriented to the side of the waters (left). The conscripts, however, can be pushed(displaced) with weapons, that have knockback (e.g. Battle rifle, Rex, Grenade launcher, secondary fire of the Assault rifle)
